Late on Wednesday night, we discovered that there was a problem that led to the corruption of the database. Our backup systems saved most of the data, but we lost approximately 18 hours of new data (Wednesday 6:30 AM PST to Thursday 12:00 AM PST). We took down the site as a precaution and have been working to improve our backup and security systems. Information you have entered in that timeframe or new account registrations will have to be re-submitted. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, and we’re taking this issue very seriously. We hope these additional measures will make your Famento experience a better one.
